Marta Emerson runs a Spanish language Youtube channel and offers business coaching to a an audience of [how big is her audience]. Her online courses teach people how to make their businesses more profitable and scalable, and grow faster.

Children’s author Jesse Byrd founded and operates JesseB Creative and the nonprofite Each Story Matters, working to reach a diverse audience of children with stories that reflect their unique experiences.

Dr. Teoma Loeb founded and operates BodySoul, her private physical therapy practice. She sees clients in her space at the Port, and helps them attain optimal health and well being.

She discovered the Port when she attended a networking event here, and loved it so much she made it the base for her practice.

Amy Schneider is a Jeopardy champion, boasting a 40-game winning streak from November 2021 to January 2022—the second-longest win streak in the show's history! She’s also Jeopardy’s first transgender champion, a public speaker and writer. She’s using the Port as her workspace as she writes her upcoming book.
