Children’s author Jesse Byrd founded and operates JesseB Creative and the nonprofite Each Story Matters, working to reach a diverse audience of children with stories that reflect their unique experiences.

Jesse makes the Port his base of operations, writing, hosting events, and coordinating his publishing business.
